How has a 101-year-old organization remained relevant for generations? By respectfully embracing their past and joyfully preparing for the future, the Junior League of Omaha has accomplished no easy task: they've been growing and thriving. Despite naysayers who claim that people don't want to volunteer, or join organizations, or donate money, the Junior League is defying it all. Learn the secrets behind their growth and how they've cultivated an enthusiastic, optimistic, action-oriented group of more than 800 women in Omaha who are ready to take on the Junior League's next 100 years and change our community for the better. If your organization is struggling with growth, or if a group you volunteer with is struggling to gain more city-wide support, this is the presentation for you.
